There will be no practices for the Blue or Red groups on either Friday, January 27th or Monday, January 30th.

On Friday, the coaches will be at the meet and on Monday, Burke is having a swim meet and we will not have access to the pool. Red group members are welcome to attend 6:00pm practices on Thursday, January 26th and Tuesday, January 31st instead.

We want to again congratulate Miles Hector on breaking another Howard University record.

"The excitement on the day was sparked by freshman Miles Hector. Hector (Omaha, NE) was sensational in his execution of the 1650 freestyle. Already the University's record holder for the 1000 freestyle, Hector added a second record to his young career with final time of 16:52.41."
